Peace is Not the End Goal

Peace is Not the End Goal
John Hagee
Nowhere in the Bible is peace sought as the final destination. Peace is the fruit, not the root! It comes from reconciliation, forgiveness, and taking up the responsibilities God has given you. Jesus didn’t call us to a life of ease but to take up our cross and follow Him. That cross represents the risks, responsibilities, and challenges that come with fulfilling your divine assignment. The peace of God is found in the battle, in the storm, and in the mission. When you face your responsibilities and walk in forgiveness, God will give you peace that surpasses all understanding. Seek after God—not just peace—and watch how His peace becomes a natural consequence in your life!
