It Runs in the Family

There is a very real difference between the wicked and the righteous. The curse of the Lord is onthe house of the wicked, but He blesses the home of the just. Knowing what’s right and doing what’s right are different things. DNA tells us that we’re going to look (and sometimes act) like our family members. Our talents and capabilities are often things we didn’t ask for; sometimes we inherit generational curses. It’s common to emulate the behavior you saw modeled as a child, but you can choose to live differently if the pattern is destructive. Become a new creation through Christ and sing a song of victory!
